These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "Account Holder") and maxin88 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the maxin88 website located at https://maxin88.cam and all related services, products, features, and content offered therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You must maintain this information in an accurate and current state throughout the duration of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. maxin88 will never contact you to request your password. Where multiple players are identified as sharing the same residential address, IP address, payment method, or device, maxin88 reserves the right to treat such accounts as potentially duplicate and to request additional verification documentation before processing bonuses or withdrawals.

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

Not all games on the maxin88 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–25%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. All bonus funds carry a validity period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated on each promotion page and are not extendable except at maxin88's sole discretion.

Players may only claim each specific promotional offer once, unless the promotion is explicitly designed as a recurring offer (e.g., weekly reload bonus). Players who are found to have claimed a promotion multiple times using multiple accounts, payment methods, or devices will have all bonus-related winnings voided.

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number is issued by the maxin88 system. Bets placed during technical downtime, system errors, or periods of odds suspension are not valid. maxin88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by system error or human input error.

Live in-play betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events are subject to suspension during key match events. Bets already accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the event is subsequently declared void by the relevant sporting authority. Mix Parlay bets with one void leg will be settled on the remaining legs unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by real-time physical game mechanics in the case of live dealer tables. maxin88 does not manipulate game outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maxin88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balance and bonus funds, and potential legal action:

• Conducting chargebacks on deposits without first exhausting the maxin88 dispute resolution process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing maxin88 staff in any support channel.

maxin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Identification of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account (including both real money and bonus funds) may be withheld pending investigation. Where a compliance breach is confirmed, maxin88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where termination is voluntary or administrative, real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

maxin88 shall not be liable for any service interruption, failure, or degradation caused by Force Majeure events, including internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment processor outages, or DDoS attacks. In such events, maxin88 will endeavour to restore services as promptly as reasonably practicable and will communicate updates via its official channels.

maxin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, maxin88 will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the platform or via the player's registered email address, where practicable, at least 7 days in advance of the change taking effect.

Continued use of the maxin88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to updated Terms must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of their obligations.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of commercial law. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction.
